Julian has been with Projective since they started back in 2004.  His background is as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and is currently the Operations Manager, overseeing the projects and engineering teams, organising resources and developing the processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.

Having previously worked in very large consultancy firms, Projective offers the advantage of enabling all to be part of continuous improvements in the way that we work, to enable us to provide our clients with the best possible output and with an optimum solution.  This enables us to react quickly and flexibly to what is requested, and to transfer ideas easily across all the team.
