Ray joined Projective in 2004 and took the role of managing director soon after. Ray's career started as an engineering apprentice and progressed into roles that included engineering & operational management, asset management and design engineering.  

His unique skill is his ability to provide strategic thinking for the business, its team and for clients.

As the business owner and Managing Director, Ray is responsible for the overall direction of the business, and as our clients and colleagues will confirm, he is a very active, hands-on Director who leads by example. 

Ray is passionate about the development of the business and the team and actively supports the company in developing its engineering staff to be the best they can be.
