Following University, Ann-Marie has worked in a variety of business sectors and industries supporting their development and business growth. 

An experienced, intuitive and dynamic business manager, recruitment / talent enthusiast and team member, Ann-Marie is passionate about business success, with people being at the heart of success and says; “A business is only ever as good as its people”. 

Her role within Projective is to support the business operational objectives and needs by provision of the right talent. 

In her spare time, Ann-Marie is a busy mum with interests including wellbeing, the outdoors and music.
