Ken joined Projective in 2023 as a Senior Engineer and has since been promoted to General Manager of US Operations. With a career foundation in automation, Ken has advanced through roles in project management, maintenance, and engineering management. He brings over 30 years of diverse experience in engineering and leadership, having held key positions at General Electric, Alcan Aluminum, and other notable companies in the metals industry.

Ken is an experienced professional known for his unique combination of technical acumen, managerial expertise, and business leadership with a proven track record in implementing effective solutions, particularly in driving continuous improvement.

As General Manager, Ken is responsible for overseeing project delivery, providing leadership, and driving business development for our clients across the Americas. His guiding principle is embodied in Emerson’s quote, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm,” a mindset and energy that he brings to his interaction with both colleagues and customers.
